Web Developer

The Worx Group is seeking a well-rounded candidate to join our Support/Web Services team. In this position, the candidate will collaborate with all departments including Account Management, Design and Programming to develop and maintain cutting-edge web based marketing solutions. He or she will also develop an expert knowledge of our proprietary email marketing program as well as how The Worx Group can capitalize on emerging email marketing trends to drive our clients' business and that of our own.

He or she will also be responsible for providing product and technical support to our Web Services clients, will resolve Tier I and Tier II client technical support questions and provide best practice advice to our clients. In addition this team member will communicate problem resolution and status to clients via telephone, web and email and will lead training sessions over the telephone and Internet.

Requirements

• Hand coded HTML and sound CSS skills required
• Adobe PhotoShop skills required
• Bachelor's degree; technical major a plus
• Strong, professional communication skills, written and verbal
• Knowledge of email marketing
• Friendly, energetic and professional personality
• Experience with technology and internet products and services
