Grant heads the strategy, branding and communications
initiatives for most of the firm's top clients.
Also a top creative, he has directed and designed campaigns for a wide variety of national and international clients, including AT&T, ESPN, Sheaffer, FedEx, IBM and Holiday Inn. His work has been featured in publications such as USA Today, Sports Illustrated, Gray's Sporting Journal and Design News – and at events including international tradeshows, the Super Bowl, the NCAA Final Four and the Masters.
Copeland is regarded as one of the area's top young thinkers, having been named by Graphic Design USA magazine as one of its People to Watch while winning numerous regional and national design awards in identity, print, advertising, web, television and multimedia. Prior to The Worx Group, Copeland was managing member and co-founder of i2i Creative, a marketing communications firm which merged with The Worx Group in 2005. Prior to i2i Creative, Grant was creative director for Kazlon Communications, where he headed accounts including Knights of Columbus, Black & Decker and Pratt & Whitney.
An accomplished athlete, Grant captained the Skidmore College baseball team, where he was an All-New York, All-Conference and Academic All-American selection his senior year. At the time of his graduation, he held 12 school records.
Graphic Design USA magazine named Grant one of its People to Watch as someone "shaping the design profession, producing notable work," said Gordon Kaye, Graphic Design USA Publisher.
While in college, Grant illustrated the critically-acclaimed book Heads-Up Baseball, which has sold 65,000 copies worldwide and is required reading by the U.S. Olympic team.
Resides in Wallingford, CT with his wife Meghan and their daughter, Ella, their son Adam, and their yellow lab Bono.
